That would depend on variables such as the size, type, and location of the project and whether it has approvals in place. Depending on the planning scheme, a two-lot subdivision could take as little as four months to complete. A townhouse project could obviously take longer to approve and get built. That might be more like 12 to 18 months.

You can and you probably have two choices. One is to sell down some properties to give you a working capital and increased serviceability. The other is to use some of the Creative Strategies we teach in the course.

Very quickly if you are determined to make a success of yourself. Most of the learning is in easy to understand video format. We suggest you go through the material once quickly to get an understanding of the overall process then concentrate on the sections about finding a deal and doing the due diligence. While you are doing this, you can be out in the market place understanding your market and making contacts.

Definitely not. In fact, if you have a day job, it will be handy to gain finance for your first project. Most students can do at least one project while holding down a day job. We have seen students do three. Once you start earning the type of money you can from property development, your day job might lose its appeal.

This would depend on the size, type, and location of the project. In the course, we teach a number of strategies where you would need little or none of your own money. It’s called Creative Strategies.

That’s okay. First, we teach you how to find money partners and how to communicate and negotiate with them for the win/win outcome. You will also have access to our Facebook forum where many deals are done. You will also have the opportunity to meet others in the 3-day live boot camp in your city of choice. And finally, we have access to fund managers who we will introduce you to.

Most certainly. The 3-day live workshops are a great place to meet other like-minded people and the Facebook forum is great for initial introductions and finding out about regular catch up meetings with other students in your city.

Not necessarily. Having a passion for property is a good start, plus a determination to be successful. The course takes you from the A – Z of property development in detail and using an easy to understand and proven process.

Certainly not. Some builders are also developers, but most developers are not builders. They simply contract the builder to build the project. There are easy owner builder courses available if you want to learn more about building, but is not essential.
