Before you apply
I've never developed before. Is mentoring too much, too soon?
No. Many of our mentoring students start with no experience at all. We begin at step one and the one-to-one access means you're never guessing. If you'd rather start with the online course and group sessions on their own, we offer that too, and the team will tell you honestly on the call which suits you.
What's the difference between Mentoring and your other programs?
Our Mastery Program is the complete online course plus live group training. Mentoring includes all of that and adds unlimited one-to-one access to Bob, Hilary and Aaron, a personal induction, the monthly Round Table and your own property data subscription. Compare the programs here.
How much access do I actually get?
Phone, email and Zoom access to the team five days a week, for as long as you need it. It is not a set number of calls.
Is this a get-rich-quick program?
No, and we'd rather you knew that now. Property development done properly is a skilled, patient business. We teach it thoroughly and we'll tell you when a deal doesn't stack up. Our students do well because they learn to do it right, not fast.
Why is it application based?
We keep the mentoring intake small so every student gets real time with the team. The call is a conversation about where you're at and what you want to build, so both sides know it's the right fit before anyone commits.
Can I claim it on tax?
Many education and mentoring investments are deductible. Check with your accountant for your situation.
