Yet again we are sharing another success story from past mentoring students! It’s always a great teaching tool to hear stories from those who have gone down the same path you are looking to follow. It may not always be sunshine and rainbows but it’s important to always stay positive and learn from your mistakes but also to learn from your success!
These 2 both share different strengths that together make them a great team.They discuss the model for replicating deals that they have developed, which involves them using their own funds to secure a deal and inviting investors to join in the opportunity. They also talk about how it is important to have a good team in place when developing remotely, and how the easiest project to do is the one closest to where you live.
