Bob Andersen is a property developer with over 30 years of experience in the development, investment, finance, and marketing sectors of the property industry.

Throughout his career, Bob has been involved in over $1 billion worth of property development projects that include commercial buildings, apartments, high-rise buildings, retirement complexes, land sub-divisions, townhouses, and student accommodation.

Bob Andersen is the co-author of the book “Residential Real Estate Development: A Practical Guide for Beginners to Experts.” He is also a regular property developer contributor to different publications such as Your Property Investment Magazine, the Australian Property Investor Magazine, Money Magazine, and Success Magazine.  He has also appeared on media interviews to talk about his experience as a property developer on Sky News, Fox News, 4BC Radio.

Bob loves making a difference in people’s lives by teaching a strategy where they can make a lot of money without consuming lots of time, thereby giving them a great lifestyle and control of their lives. As a property developer, Bob enjoys meeting a lot of people who have a passion for property. He knows that guiding them through property development will make positive difference in their lives.

Right after his completion of Bachelor of Business Management (International Business/Marketing) from Queensland University of Technology, Luke joined Positive Property Strategies in 2003. Together with Bob, he started his career in property development managing several projects ranging in scale from 20 townhouses projects to 120 unit retirement villages.

In 2006, Luke co-authored the book “Residential Real Estate Development: A Practical Guide for Beginners to Expert” with Bob Andersen. The book was a bestseller here in Australia and abroad.

Today, as the General Manager of Property Mastermind, Luke’s primary focus is to provide the best possible education to its students and he loves nothing more than seeing students convert that knowledge into successful property development projects.
